Respondents who selected ‘strongly agree’ or ‘somewhat agree’ for each of these statements were categorised as organisations with strong-functional collaboration:

• Keep key players in different functions informed about what’s going on
• Support the sharing of information across different functions
• Make sure relevant information gets to the right people in different areas of the organisation
• Work together to establish, review and achieve organisational goals
